1. Introduction

Welcome to murabi ("the Service"), operated by Murabi OÜ (registry code 17470796), a company registered in Estonia, with its registered address at Tornimäe tn 5, 10145 Tallinn, Estonia ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent.

3. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each person may maintain only one account. You must not share your login credentials with others. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Service Description

murabi is an AI assistant for psychology practitioners. The Service provides answers to user questions using a retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipeline that draws from curated books, lectures, and transcripts, with source-backed citations. The Service also includes Intervision, an AI-facilitated structured peer case consultation mode, and MAKroom, a real-time interactive card workspace for expert-client psychology sessions.

5. AI Disclaimer

All responses in the Service are generated by an artificial intelligence system. You are interacting with AI, not a human professional. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or omissions. The Service is not a substitute for professional psychological, philosophical, medical, or legal advice. In Intervision mode, the AI generates clinical perspectives, blind spot analysis, and intervention ideas; these are thinking prompts, not professional recommendations. You, as a licensed professional, are solely responsible for all clinical decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content.

6. Subscription & Payment

The Service offers Free, Starter, and Pro subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in EUR. All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy LLC), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged. After the trial, your payment method will be charged on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Refund Policy

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from a paid subscription within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected]. After the 14-day cooling-off period, no refunds are issued for the current billing period, but you will not be charged for subsequent periods after cancellation.

8. Content & Intellectual Property

Source materials used by the Service include public domain works and proprietary course materials owned by us. You retain ownership of your conversations and questions. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service's source materials or AI-generated responses in bulk. We reserve the right to use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve the Service.

Intervision is an AI-facilitated case consultation mode designed for licensed psychology and psychotherapy professionals. When using Intervision, you must anonymize all case descriptions. Do not include names, dates of birth, addresses, or any other information that could identify your clients. You are solely responsible for ensuring client confidentiality in accordance with your professional code of ethics and applicable data protection law. The AI facilitator provides structured thinking support; it does not provide clinical supervision, diagnoses, or treatment plans. You bear full professional responsibility for any decisions made based on an Intervision session.

11. MAKroom

MAKroom enables real-time expert-client card sessions. As an expert user, you are solely responsible for how you conduct sessions with your clients. We provide the tool but do not supervise or endorse the content of sessions. Guest participants join via shareable links and may participate without creating an account.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may request account deletion by emailing [email protected]. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia, without prejudice to your rights under EU consumer protection regulations to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
